How we get started

We discuss your drivers, supported devices, jobs and connectivity needs, demonstrate the current functions and agree a suitable pilot scope before any access is arranged.

What to check first

The functions, supported devices and connectivity requirements must be confirmed before participation. Submitting a defect does not automatically block vehicle use or certify it as safe; drivers and operators must follow their defect and safety procedures. This is not an offline navigation service. Drivers must not operate the app while driving; stop in a safe place before interacting with it.

What a pilot means for you

Participation is by agreement, subject to suitability and capacity. Features, availability and workflows may change during evaluation. Do not assume a pilot is free, included in tracking or ready for business-critical use.

Before participation, we will confirm current functionality, exclusions, limitations, support, pricing, duration, the change process and end-of-pilot options. Agree any necessary backup or manual process before relying on pilot features.

Business contacts, driver details, delivery evidence and location data can be personal information. Actual data access and required privacy arrangements must be discussed before starting; a pilot label is not consent or a substitute for appropriate written agreements.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Applicable terms and the privacy notice still apply.
