How we get started

Tell us about your fleet, equipment and intended use. We assess suitable hardware, installation and connectivity, confirm a quotation and scope, then arrange commissioning, access and handover.

What to check first

Functionality depends on the selected hardware, installation, mobile coverage and agreed service. Location updates and alerts are not guaranteed to be continuous; always check the last-position time. Tracker app, Driver App, ePOD and compliance-reminder pilots are separate options, not automatically included.

These improvements are being tested on our development platform. We can demonstrate the current workflow and confirm what is ready for your agreed service; they are not automatically available on every live account.

Depot organisation: group vehicles by depot and filter the fleet list and map together.
Clearer live maps: direction-of-travel indicators when the tracker provides a fresh moving position and usable heading.
Busy-fleet desktop layout: independently scroll vehicle details while keeping the map in view.
Mileage tools: recorded GPS miles and an odometer estimate calibrated against a dashboard reference.
Consumption reporting: estimated fuel litres from a manually entered UK MPG reference, or estimated EV energy from kWh per mile.
Driver reporting: review sampled driving patterns and available score components alongside the underlying data.
