Fleet Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services

Automodules.uk provides professional installation, diagnostics, and telematics integration for fleet vehicles, including cars, vans, and HGVs. Services may include:

• Telematics unit installation
• Camera and DVR systems
• CANBUS data integration
• Diagnostics and fault investigation
• Custom wiring and module installation

2. Fleet Pricing

Fleet pricing may be offered based on volume, frequency of work, vehicle type, and equipment requirements. Pricing agreements must be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Booking & Access Requirements

• Vehicles must be accessible, safely parked, and on level ground.
• Keys and access must be provided at the agreed time.
• Unsafe or restricted access may result in delays or additional charges.
• Fleet managers must disclose known electrical issues or modifications.

4. Equipment

Automodules.uk may install fleet‑supplied or customer‑supplied equipment. Customer‑supplied equipment is covered by the Customer‑Supplied Equipment Disclaimer.

5. Warranty

Installation workmanship is covered by a 12‑month warranty. Equipment warranty remains the responsibility of the manufacturer or fleet provider.

6. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within the agreed payment window (typically 14–30 days).
• Late payments may incur interest at 3% above the Bank of England base rate.
• Large projects may require staged or upfront payments.

7. Liability

Automodules.uk is not liable for faults caused by third‑party equipment, vehicle defects, or modifications outside our control. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Fleet bookings cancelled within 24 hours may incur a call‑out charge.
• Vehicles not available at the agreed time may be charged as a missed appointment.
• Unsafe working conditions may result in cancellation and charges.

9. Customer Acknowledgement

By entering into this agreement, the fleet operator confirms they understand and accept these terms.
