Warranty Statement

This Warranty Statement outlines the coverage provided by Automodules.uk for installation workmanship and related services.

1. Workmanship Warranty

All installation work carried out by Automodules.uk is covered by a 12‑month workmanship warranty. This warranty covers installation faults directly caused by our labour.

2. What Is Covered

  • Loose connections caused by installation.
  • Incorrect routing or securing of cables.
  • Faults directly resulting from installation workmanship.
  • Re‑visits required due to installer error.

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Faulty or failing customer‑supplied equipment.
  • Damage caused by third‑party work after installation.
  • Vehicle faults unrelated to the installation.
  • Software issues, firmware bugs, or manufacturer defects.
  • Water ingress, collision damage, or misuse.
  • Wear and tear or environmental damage.

4. Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of the issue being noticed.
  • Vehicles must be made available for inspection.
  • No modifications may be made to the installation by third parties.
  • Warranty is void if wiring is tampered with or equipment is altered.

5. Customer‑Supplied Equipment

No warranty is provided for customer‑supplied equipment. Labour charges apply even if the equipment is incompatible or faulty.

6. Liability Limitations

Automodules.uk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, downtime, or vehicle‑related issues not caused by our workmanship.

7. Customer Acknowledgement

By using our services, the customer confirms they understand and accept the terms of this warranty.
